Wayne Campbell
Wayne Campbell brings the discipline of a United States Marine and the real-world experience of a transportation professional to Core Logistics Group.
After serving 15 years in the United States Marine Corps, Wayne transitioned into the transportation industry through UPS feeder operations, one of the most respected professional driving roles on the road. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of timing, safety, route discipline, carrier operations, and the pressure involved in moving freight correctly.
As President & CEO, Wayne leads Core Logistics Group with a mission-first mindset. His leadership is rooted in accountability, professionalism, and respect for the people who keep freight moving. With his carrier-side experience through TZS Elite Trucking and his military background, Wayne brings a rare perspective to logistics: he understands the mission from both the command side and the road side.

Kimberly Campbell
Kimberly Campbell brings structure, leadership, and operational precision to Core Logistics Group.
Known as Kim throughout the company, she served 22 years in military leadership positions, developing the discipline, communication skills, and process-driven mindset that now guide the company's day-to-day operations. Her background gives Core Logistics a strong foundation in accountability, organization, service, and follow-through.
As Vice President & COO, Kim oversees the operational systems that help Core Logistics serve shippers and carriers with clarity and consistency. Her leadership helps ensure that every load is handled with professionalism, every relationship is treated with respect, and every mission is executed with purpose.
